We hope that you are doing well. Please note that yesterday was the deadline to notify us if you will be needing a hotel. If we have not heard from you, we will assume you are choosing Option 2.

We will be working on hotel assignments tomorrow and will send out notification on Friday. This notification will include specific information about your assigned hotel. If you decide you no longer need hotel accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible, but before August 13th.

Please be sure to visit our blog to review the update we sent out last week. We will provide updates every Wednesday.

Next week’s update will be more specific as far as the progress of the building goes. Our main goal this week to get everyone’s hotel assignments out to make sure that we are able to provide accommodations to everyone who needs them.
