Hello everyone,

We have received great news. We will be permitted to allow phased move-ins, beginning with the 1st and 2nd floors. Once we have more information about the dates in which each floor will be ready for move-in, we will let you know. We are still tracking for September 20th for the completion of all units.

If you are staying in a hotel:

As of now, everyone staying in a hotel should have received their assignment. We understand that not everyone received their preferred hotel and we sincerely apologize for this. Unfortunately no changes in hotel assignment may be made. If you no longer need a hotel, please let us know immediately.
Check-in is on August 13th for each hotel. We will have staff present at each hotel to distribute gift cards and to help answer any questions. *Note the first weekly gift card will be available on the 13th, all other gift cards will be available for pick-up at the leasing center at the end of each week. If you would prefer to receive your weekly gift card in the form of a installment-payment credit, please let us know.
More information about the check-in process will be sent out to each hotel group by the end of the week.
Please make sure your installment payment is paid and that your file is complete. We will not be able to let you check-in until both of these items are completed. Refer to our first blog post for instructions on how to pay installment payments.

If you are not staying in a hotel:

Installment-payments credits will be placed on your account when your unit is available for move-in
Gift cards will be available for pick-up at The Standard leasing center. If you need us to mail these anywhere, please let us know. *Note the first weekly gift card will be available on the 13th, all other gift cards will be available for pick-up at the end of each week. If you would prefer to receive your weekly gift card in the form of a installment-payment credit, please let us know.
